Insurances We Accept

Your insurance benefits can be used for appointments.

If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide a detailed statement for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If your insurance approves these out of network charges, they will reimburse you directly. Please contact your insurance provider for more details.

If you do not have insurance, cash pay pricing is available upon request.

Fees are due at time of service. All major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA payments are accepted.
